Our arrival times are sourced from official LTA data and are updated in real-time. However, actual arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions and service disruptions.

Can I use BusNest offline?

You can view previously saved favorites and basic route information offline, but real-time data requires an internet connection.

Tap the heart icon next to any bus stop to add it to your favorites. Access your favorites from the main menu for quick reference.

What are MRT crowd levels?

MRT crowd levels show predicted passenger density at stations based on historical data and current time. This helps you plan your journey during less crowded periods.

How do I set up notifications?

Go to Settings > Notifications to customize alerts for service disruptions, favorite routes, and arrival reminders.

Troubleshooting

The app isn't showing my location correctly

Make sure location services are enabled for BusNest in your device settings. Try restarting the app or checking if you have a strong GPS signal.
